MyProfile is expected to be down on 01/01/2021 from 1AM to 2AM.
As a Mass General Brigham enterprise user you may do the following:
The New User Registration is for new users. It allows you to verify your profile information and set a new password.
Reset a forgotten/expired password.
Manage My Account allows you to keep your profile information up to date, e.g.
- Change your password proactively
- Attest to Encryption/Register a device
- Manage your subscription to Enterprise Alert System (EAS)
- Enroll in Okta Verify second factor authentication
- Modify your phone number
- Change your email
